All requirements for application for preliminary subdivision development plan Civil and Sanitary work design (at least 2 copies of road- geometric and structural; at least 2 copies of storm, drainage and sanitary sewer system; at least 2 copies of site grading. At least 2 copies of water system lay out Tax declaration ECC or CNC Zoning certification from HLURB Regional Office (Res 725 S2002) if site is within the area zoned for urban use prior to June 1988 in lieu of DAR Exemption Order or DAR conversion
